Hey girls & guys,
I’m writing to all of you, so that we can stay in contact about our spring New Orleans trip, and make some decisions both personal and group wise. For starters below are some IMPORTANT dates some of which need to be retrieved. Mostly what we, Metro Chemistry Club, needs from ALL club members is a conformation of desire to attend the 235th ACS national meeting in New Orleans, so that we can properly accommodate everybody. You will not be accounted for if you DO NOT announce your commitment to attend. This can be done by contacting our Secretary Christa Loux just click her name on the http://www.mschemclub.org/contacts/ page ,and you’ll get a prompt to email her. (Thank You Christa For keeping tabs ;p)
Two ideas were brought up on Friday’s meeting, due to the close proximity of Spring break and the ACS trip, we will be flying in order to save time, and if enough people plan to attend who would like to stay together it maybe more cost efficient to rent a house rather than two or three rooms for our stay there.
